H1b transfer for India

Hi ,

I have worked in US for about 3 and half months . Now from past 2 months am back working in India .

I have all the payslips when worked in US and all other documents..

Could I contact some consultancy and get an employer and apply for H1 transfer ?

As recent payslips are not there , would it be a problem ?

Do i need h1 stamping again ?

Would it take usual one month time for transfer ?

>>> You only need the pay slips for the period when you were on H1B status in U.S.
