  • questions for new H1 stamping

    salary offer and mentioned in LCA differs.My employee told me that its fine
    you have to say what we offer if officer ask.Can you please let me know if its ok?

    Also Employee contract letter doesn't contain CEO signature as they have
    emailed me , I signed and send back. Is it ok to bring same to consulate?

      1) Salary offered is more than LCA. Is it ok to say offer salary and is there any chances they ask reason >



      2) I do have consulate letter from company to consulate,orignal project letter,
      offer letter(without signature) and Employment contract letter(without signature)as got in email will it work?

        >>> Yes. Mention your actual salary offered by your employer. I believe the same will be mentioned in the offer letter too.

              seems i type incorrectly for salary question.Please correct me if I am wrong.

              Salary offered in offerletter is more than LCA.So no need to worry about.I have to inform mentioned in offerletter if they ask for.
