H1B_Related queries (I got my visa stamped in oct-2010 but then had to stay back

Hi,

I have following inquiry:

I came for H1 stamping in oct-2010 n got it stamped in oct itself but due to project reasons I had to stay back.

So my question is that now its nearly 5 months but I am still in home country , so does this affect my H1B visa for having such a long break from US on H1B ?

Also I only have 1 paystub on after oct 2010 from the time H1b came active & none after stamping as I still back home, so If I go for transfer of H1B then What will I need ?

Also say if i get another offer in this mean time and I have to transfer my visa than I will have to go to US for doing so or can have transfer done in home country only??

>>> No. It is not compulsary to travel to U.S after getting the visa.
