  • H1-B visa extension Beyond 6 year

I have couple of questions on my H1-B.

Question1: I have a valid visa stamp till July 2011 on my passport with my ex-employer and holding current working company approved I-797 petition till July 2012.
I am planning to travel to India. Should I need visa stamping again with my current employer?

Question2: I have approved labor and I-140 with my ex-employer. Should it be problem to get visa renewal beyond 6 years with my current working employer?
Can I use my ex-employer approved labor and I-140 to get visa renewal beyond 6 years with my current working employer?

Thanks for your valuable inputs. Really apprecited your feedback. Thank you.

    >>> You can use the existing visa. Did you read the FAQ in immihelp? All basic questions are answered there.

    >>> Visa will be issued until the petition expiry date. Labor / I-14o has nothing to do with visa stamping.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
