H1 extension
I need your help urgently! Any help is very appreciated! Here is my case:
My 6 years H1B would end half a year later. Company did NOT file extension for me one year before 6-year-expiration. Now I have a new situation:
An H1B employee in the company, who already filed for LC but not yet received, will leave the company. Assuming that I have the same qualification and job title as him, is there any hope that I can use his LC which has not received and extend my stay beyond 6 years?
