Hi All,
I am in my OPT grace period now. I thought of filing for H1 B in the new 20 K quota. Now as they have not announced the filing date yet, i am in a mess.(my grace period ends Apr 08).
Can you guys please suggest me some schools/institutions that will give admissions easily...so that i can change my status to F1 again.
Also, can i stay legally in the US if i apply for an H1 on Apr01 under the regular quota?If not what are the options to stay?
