Hi,
(1) My present employer has filed for my BL-1 visa.(blanket L-1). Interview of which is scheduled soon. I have received another job offer from a US company. I have accepted this offer and they are filing H1B petition for me. Please let me know if this situation will lead to a conflict? (one employer filing BL-1 and another organization filing H1B for the same person).
(2) Suppose I get BL-1 visa stamped and travel to US. Then my new employer gets H1B petition approved. Will I be able to stamp my passport for H1B petition while in the US or I need to come back to india for the same?
