H1-B approval and H4 Extension

Anyone, Please help me with the below query.

My wife's H1-B visa petition has been filed on 02-DEC-2010 and approved on 28-Feb-2011 with a new I94.
Her H4 visa extension has been filed by my employer on 08-Feb-2011 and her H4 visa extension has been approved along with my H1B extension on 18-Mar2011.

Please let me know what is my wife's current status.

As per the last action rule, the last receive approval notice (with I-94) will take precedence. If H4 extension was received last, then she is in H4 status and she cannot work until she change her status back to H1B.
