B1 to H1 in Year 2010

I entered USA on B1 visa and then transfered to H1b in Oct2010 , now I am planning to visit India for 3 weeks. So to enter USA I again I think , need to have Visa stamp on passport.
1) What are the general questions asked in the Interview.
2) Is there any problem nowdays to get the H1b Stamp?
3) As I did COS , how much is the risk factor involved ?

Your H1 Visa application will be no different because you changed status in the US. Visas section of immihelp has plenty of information on Visa interviews.

But I heard changing from B1 to H1 is rare and many questions may be asked during stamping

If you work for a legitimate employer who pays you on time and does not engage in any other fraudalant practices, you should be fine.
