Appplication for H1B FY 2012

Dear All,

My name is Akash and planning to apply for H1B FY2011.Current I am in UK and working for one of the UK Bank and will be returning back to India in 2months. Before proceeding to H1B Work permit filing ,I have a query and request you to provide your thoughtful comment.

My Current employer has indentified the project in US .Do I need to mention in my resume that currently I am working for US client ?

If you feel that I may get some other problem while applying,Please let me know.

No. That would be a false information if yu are not really working for that client. It is not required for you to be "already" working for the client to get the H1B stamped.
