purpose of visit ? : canada visitor visa

Hi All,

I am planning to go canada for my H1B stamping which got extended for 3 years.

I am filling up the canada visitor visa forms and there is question where we have to mention the purpose of visit. Please let me know what should I mention there?
I have two options

1) Visa stamping
2) Family visit (my cousin lives there so I can mention the family visit)

Please let me know which would be the good option to mention ?

If you are going there for the purpose of your U.S H1B visa stamping, then mention that.

I am filling the forms for canada visitor visa..but got confused that which are the forms I need to fill up as H1B applicant.

there are several forms comes with package when you download application package from the canda visa site. (CIC).

1) application for temporary resident visa made outside of canada (form:IMM5257E) --- I know I have to fill up this
2) family information (form: IMM5645E)--- I know I have to fill up this
3) Document checklist (form : IMM5484E) -- I know I have to fill up this
4) Use of representative (form : IMM5776E)--- I dont have to fill up this
5) Statutory declaration of common law union-- what is this i have no idea .. they say if application.
6) schedule 1 application for a temporary resident visa made outside of canada -- what is this i have no idea--they say if applicable



Could you please answer this if you have idea about that.
