Hi Guys,
I have attended H1B on 22nd december at New Delhi. VO asked me few simple questions on my employer & salary.....then gave me a 221g green slip with no request for any documents and said my application needs to be reviewed.
After a month, they returned my passport saying my case will be soon forwarded to KCC/USCIS as they still had some concerns. Couple of days back, when my employer enquired the status , My case is still with new delhi and is not yet forwarded to USCIS. Does any one else is facing the same issue? and any idea on how long this might take?
FYI...there is a middle vendor between my employer and my client.
