I got 221g and my H1 visa got rejected in Dec 2010 after 3 years of us wok in consulting company. I have started job for survival with Indian company in Jan 2011. Now I am trying for new H1 with different company having following query in DS160.
I have mentioned my Indian company as current company and USA consulting company as last company worked on. Question is what should be last work day for my last( USA consul company)? I got last salary in 8/2010 but appeared in consulate last interview on 11/2010. So will it be based on payroll or based on interview appeared. Please give your suggestions.
