chance of H1B visa approval

Hi

I am electrical enng. pursing my masters in Sweden. one of the compaies is ready to sponser my H1b for 2012 quota for which petitions are filled in june 2011. With in 2 months i will get my masters degree. until now i have no experince. i am fresh graduate I have B.Tech degree my total education (i.e. 12+4+2). So what are chnaces of my H1 b aproval or rejection.
