Quiry regrading H1B transfer

I am working for employer X who is my H1B sponsor. Another employer Y is willing to transfer my H1B and want to send to their client side. The client interview me and I got selected. Now This employer Y is telling me to send them the H1B douments so that they can process the H1B transfer. But they are not saying anything about my salary and benefits they are going to give me. Should I send them the douments without knowing the salary I will get or without having an offer letter?
Please advice me in this regards.
