Hi Friends,

My L1A got rejected and before that i had a approved H1B Petition. Can i now go and re-initiate my H1B. If yes,

1, What are the possibilities of H1B getting processed?
2, Is there any wait time before i initiate H1B?

Was petition denial or Visa denial?

Your employer can file a cap-exempt petition using your previous approval notice and once approved you can start working with them.

Where are you located right now? Do you want to work with the same employer who filed the H1? When does that petition end?
