  • Client Letter, Vendor Letter -- H1B visa interview

    Hi,

    I've my H1B visa interview.
    My employment model is Employee--Employer--Client.
My employer filed my petition and I'm going to work on client project from my employer office itself.

As such there is no middle vendor in between.

So what are the letters (client letter, Vendor letter etc) applicable in my case?
What letters I'm supposed to carry to the visa interview?

    Please guide me.

Thank you for your time and response.

    Regards
    Pinnam R

your employer provide you vendor letter, that is agreement between your vendor and client.
Please ask your employer, all consulting companies know well about client or vendor agreement.

Since you do not have a vendor between your company and your client, all that you need is the employment verification letter from your employer and a letter from your client stating that you are working for them (that includes your reoles & responsibilities, duration of work, technologies used etc).

        Hello Shervin143,

Thank you for your quick reply.

"all that you need is the employment verification letter from your employer".

My employer filed my petition and I've an offer letter from my Employer.
so when you say 'Employment Verification letter from my employer' does the offer letter sufficient in my case?

        Thanks & Regards
