H1B extension

Hi,
1- My H1b extension documents were sent on 5th of April for premium processing. can someone let me know how many days it may take these days to get the approval. When will it reach USCIS & when they will issue a Receipt.

2- Is it advisable to apply for Visa transfer now thru a new company ? I have offers but I'm consfused. my current I-94 expires on 24th April.

It takes 15 days from the date of receipt to get a decision. Receipt may take about 7 days.

If you want to work for another employer, they can file a petition for you anytime.

In case of premium process, USCIS upon receiving the documents will immediately send an email to the attorney who filed your petition which will include the receipt number. The actual receipt notice might take anywhere between a week to 10 days.
