Hi
I am getting ready for my H1 stamping which I need to schedule for May 2011. I have a middle layer between my employer and Client. I am going to hyderabad consulate.
These days I have heard they are very particular on client letter. But my client says it is against their policies to provide one such letter.
My question is can I take a letter from vendor and if the consulate asks the client letter can I show my vendor letter and say vendor is my client and work is done at the client of the vendor?
Can some body please let me know how do I approach.
