  • Filing H4 extension using efiling

    Hi Experts,

I am planning to file H4 extension (as i (h1b holder) joined new employer and i got extension) for my wife online using efiling process of USCIS site.

Can you guys share your exp on it?

    - is filing online efiling better or paper filing?

Also please share your opinions on both processes.

    Thanks,
    Jack

Even if you eFile, you still need to send the documents and check by mail. Unless your wife's I-94 is expiring in the next few days, there is no point in doing an eFile for H4. Better send all the documents and the check with the application by mail.
