Request for Passport Endorsement Information

Hi Team,

I am a citizen of India and hold a H1B visa and have recently moved to USA. My wife is in India and holds a passport and a valid H4 visa. I want my wife’s name to be endorsed in my passport. Could you please let me know the document that I need to carry to the consulate office?, also please do mention whether I need to carry my wife’s passport also.

Hi Team,

I am here in USA and I want to include my Wife (currently in India) name in my passport.

The reason : I want to apply passport for my son (8 months old, Indian Citizen, residing in India).

Could you let me know the exact documents that I need to carry to the Indian Consulate, Chicago.
