Can i apply for H1b after doing MBA for software jobs

hello all,
I need some help regarding the H1b. I have done my bachelors in pharmacy in india and i have done my masters in pharmaceutical management in virginia. During my masters i have learnt Oracle dba privately and i am also planning for oracle certification exam next week. I will be entering in OPT by june 2011. can anyone tell me will i get my H1b if i do jobs on Oracle.

1.Done bachelors in pharmacy

2.Doing pharma MBA in USA.

3.Learnt Oracle DBA privately during masters and planning for certification

4.Will I get H1b on software jobs on Oracle


I am really confused.
