H1 extension about to reach 240thDay

My extension filed on 1st Sep 2010. my I94 expire on 21 sep 2010. My application is pending and in mean time my project got change so now my employer will start premium processing with new client/vendor latter. and also employer is planning to start new h1b transfer with other sister company.

my 240th day is may 19 2011. in which case i can stay in usa with Legal status. if i did not received any result then do i have to leave the country?

Your employer should call USCIS, take infoPass and follow this up asap. Upgrading to premium will also help.
