I am on H1. I want to bring my wife. She was on H1. It had expired in Last Jly because 6 years were over. Hence she is in India.
I am aware that she needs to be out of the country for 1 year so that she can qualify for another 6 years of H1.
my question is:
Is She eligible for h4. does this 1 year rule apply for her since she would be coming back on different category of the visa?
