us point of contact information for h4 visa

hi
i am doctor and i am going to attend visa interview for h1b and my husband for h4.
i filled my hospital name and address in column of organisation name and address in us point of contact information page of ds 160 form.

but what should i fill in this colmn of organisation name and address for my husband's ds 160 form who is applying for h4 dependent visa?
please advice .

You can enter N/A for Organization and give your address (primary H1B holder) as the point of contact. If you don't have an address yet, then you can give the address of your employer. If you are in doubt, talk to VFS helpdesk and they will be able to guide you properly in filling the DS-160.
