fill ds160 for h1 and h4

hi i am holding a b1 visa for us. and my h1 petition is approved in this month (i.e. april 2011). i am still single and getting married in june 2011.
can i fill ds160 now and take appointment for my h1 stamping and my wife's h4?

If the appointment dates are open for June, then YES. They usually open the dates only 3-4 weeks in advance.
