Hi,

My petition is approved and I'm going to work on an In-house project of my Employer, which provides software development and production support services to multiple customers and there is no need for me to visit the client. I'm planning to go for stamping in chennai once I receive the documents from my Employer.

Now to my questions,

# In this forum I see that VO's asking for Unemployment wage report of the employer. Even my Employer is not aware of that. Can someone help me in understanding this so that I could get it from the Employer.

In other words, if you work for a consulting company that sponsors a H1b, you need a truck load of documents. If you work for an employer that has work for you directly without being a pimp(consulting company), you are good.
