USICS Asking for Client Letter- Recently finished the Project
Hi
I was working for a client through an Employer A, and I applied for a new/Extension for H1 through New Employer B who is a direct Implementer for the Project. I applied for Premium Process so that I can get the H1 Extension while I am on the project but they have delayed sending the check to the USICS and now I Got a query from USICS stating to Provide a client letter and I just rolled off the Project and I am not sure if my client would still give me a letter which I really doubt
What are my options? :confused
If I get a new job can I provide the new LCA and Amendment to my H1 Extension?:confused
Please suggest.
