H 1 B stamped on passport

Hi ! Coudl someone give me any advice on how to go about getting my H 1 B stamped to my passport without going back to India? Does any one have any experience with getting this done in Mexico or canada ?

ITS NOT POSSIBLE.
Starting from June 16th 2004, INS has put in the rule that all the revalidation of the VISAs will be in the applicant's home country. So, if you want to get the visa stamped, you have to go to india and then come back.
