H1 Visa Stamping Center Selection: Urgent

Hi

I needed some clarification regarding my H1B stamping.
I am a citizen of India(hold Indian passport) and was born in New Delhi, India.
However, I did all my schooling in Dubai. This also includes my Undergraduate studies.
I came to USA to pursue my Masters and was issued my F1 in Dubai.

I now have a full time job and am on H1B.
I wanted to know if I have to go to India for my H1B stamping since I am a citizen of India or if I should go to Dubai since I did all my studies there and was also issued my F1 in Dubai.

Please advise.

You can in principle go anywhere and since you also have a US degree, it will not be much of problem. You will need all the usual documents though.
