    H1B transfer - Criteria

    Hi,
    I got my H1B visa stamped, effective from 1st Oct 2010.
    I reached US on 2nd April 2011. I have 2 paystubs from my employer.

    How sooner or later can a new employer file for my transfer?

      What is your current immigration status? Hope you are not working for the H1B sponsor now.

      Transfer can be filed anytime. However, you can start working only from Oct 1st.
