L1 rejection, will it affect H1B visa?

My L1 visa got rejected this Feb 2011 due to reason 101(a)(15)(L) - USICS does not qualify me for specialized knowledge capacity nor manager.

I want to know if I try to apply for H1B visa, will L1 rejection affect my H1B?

Yes, you can try H1B. Rejection of one visa will not have any impact on the other since the reason was not illegal stay or fraud or anything of that sort.
