L1B to H1B cos denied - need urgent help

Hi

My l1b to H1B cos is denied because of employer has not responded for the queries properly, I already started working with new employer,Now can I approach new employer to file the petition for L1B to H1B cos or I need to go to india and get it stamp from other employer.


How can I know that whether I am out of status or in L1B now?

Are you saying that you have already started working for the H1B sponsor even before the COS from L1 to H1B got approved? If Yes, then you have been involved in illegal employment and you are completely out of status on L1. If this is the case, then leave the country immediately instead of complicating things for yourself.
