H1 on hold and now applying for B1

I had given interview for h1 visa in the month of april where i received one green form asking me to submit further documents from my sponsor company. In between i changed my company and now my new company wants to file B1 visa. My question is that if company files petition for B1 visa , whether my h1 visa petition will get cancel or not? ..kindly suggest me..

You can file new petition with your new company, H1B petition wont get cancelled.

But before you go for B1 stamping you need to with draw the H1B petition as far as I know.

Please contact an attorney regarding this, you cant rely on forums.
