Very Urgent!! Need Help!!! Project Closed while processing the H1 B

Hi,

My H1 petition got expired and renewed from My Current Employer.
I have attended the Chennai consulate and got a QUERY.

Attached is the copy issued from U.S. Consulate Chennai, asking me to courier via VFS; "A Letter from the client company sponsoring the project and a copy of the contract between the U.S.-based petitioner and the client company, stating the timing, terms and agreement for your project."

It happened in the month of Jan 2011 and my Manager was failed to provide the letter in time.

Now due to some reasons My Current Employer closed that account and I moved another project(Same company).

1. If I provide MSA, SoW and Client letter from new account, will that work?
2. Please suggest for further.

When the work location is different, then a new LCA need to be filed and an H1B amendment is needed. You can probably withdraw the existing visa application and apply for a new one with you get the new LCA and H1B amendment.
