Hi all,
I came to USA on H4 visa and then got my H1 while here. Due to personal reasons I had to do my COS to H4 after holding H1 for 1.5 years. I fulfilled all the conditions of H1 nothing was illegal. My H1 is valid till September 2011. I want to do COS again back to H1 from H4 along with H1 transfer and extension.
I have overheard some people saying it is not possible these days to do COS back to H1. The USCIS is very strict on the rules. Is it possible for me to do COS, transfer and extension together.
My previous employer is ready to help me on this and I have also got suggestions to not to do the transfer and get the H1 extended with previous employer and then do the transfer later. Is that helpful or it does not matter?
