withdrawal of H4.....process n re-apply when?

Hi,

After almost six months , i got a denial letter....

want to know how much time does it take for the consulate to close my case so that i can re appear for the same...

I have taken a fresh appointment , and now want to close my previous /old case.....process?

Early reply will be a great help to me....

There is no such thing as close. If you have new evidence that you are eligible for the Visa, you can apply anytime.
