Duplicate of Approval Notice (I-797)

Hi, I recently switched companies and had my H1B petition approved for the new employer. However, the lawyer for that company made some mistake and my original I-797 approval notice was lost in mail. Later, she requested a duplicate to USCIS, which I received. However, it contains a large water-marked "DUPLICATE" across the main page, and also on the I-94 stub at the bottom. Is that likely to be a problem when (a) I leave the country and have to submit that I-94 and (b) when I appear for a visa interview for stamping?
