Hello,
I received my H1 on Oct 2009, Passport stamping on March2011@ Hyd,India. I am visiting India again in June,2011 for my brothers wedding. H1 is valid till Sept 2012 and currently working for the same H1 issued company. As far as i know, i just have to go through airport-emmigration process at US and India. I don't have to submit any documents at embassy.
Its just taking flight and coming back to US. Do i have to carry any documents that i need to show at Hyd or US port of entry beside passport?
