Visa probability- Petiton is expiring in Sep2011

Here is my Petition details:
My H1B Petition Approval Date : 01/Oct/2008
My H1B Petition Expiry Date : 21/Sep/2011
My H1B Visa Expiry Date : Attending the Interview this week

I have lot of questions in mind
1.Since my Pettion is expiring in 3 months, is there any possibility of getting the visa
2. If i got the visa, do i have any problem at port of entry
3. If i landed successfully, what is the probability of getting the extension?

I am planning to fly to US in July 1st week as soon as i got the visa.

>>> Yes. But visa (if approved) will be issue only till the petition expiry date. Advisable to get the petition extended first and then go for the stamping. In case of a 221g, by the time admin process gets completed, the petition would have got expired.

2. If i got the visa, do i have any problem at port of entry
>>> No. You will get an I-94 until the petition expiry date.

3. If i landed successfully, what is the probability of getting the extension?
>>> If the extension if filed before the I-94 expiry date and if all the documents are in order, then you will get the extension.

How long it (procedure time) will take to extend the petition before i attend the visa interview?

2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium process (Additional $1250).
