    Holding Stocks/assets in US

    Hi - I am returning to India after 5 years ( H1 Visa) . I have assets in the form of stocks .Do i have to sell them and close the account before i go to india

    Can i continue the trades etc in US ? Tax Issues ? Any documents i need to submit with RBI or US ?

    Let me know if anyone has any experience with this ?
