All,
I had my h1b stamping at kolkata consulate on 8th june and which turend out to be on 221g orange slip.
I had given all the docs, hdfc, apt letter, passport, h1b package from my attorney.
vendor/client letters etc.
I have 2 I 797's. One is the first one and I just had my new approved h1b amend with new client locatin with new job title.
Vo said that they need some time for reviewing my case and gave me the 221G orange slip. no petitioners docs is been asked. he has put a check mark on other docs and has written additional processing.
he has also told me that they will call me once they will go through my case.
I already had my PIMS verification done.
he also said my wife wont have to come next time at kolkata if my visa will be approved.
they always give visa to h4 people
is anyone has the same isuue with h1b stamping?
