Client Letter

hi,

I have been recruited as W2 by one company in USA. At this point, they have not identified any project/client for me as I will traveling after OCT.

Generally for stamping, they need Client Letter. Is that required document? what are chances of getting H1 through without client Letter? Anyone is having similar case?

any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Your employer will have to provide proof that they have work itinerary waiting for you.
