End client letter for H1b extension

Hello,

I am applying for my H1B extension this month. I have 2 questions:

1. My last year W2 wages were way higher than what was quoted in my last H1B
Will it cause any issue on this new H1B extension?

2. I got the end client letter from my current client last month. So its one month old letter. Is this sufficient or should I send another one dated June 2011.
