Need Help in DS 160

    I did start fresh application and still its same problem.

    I contacted VFS helpline (below) and they asked me to submit the form if all the data is correct.
    All India Helpline Number :
    0120—6611411

    All India Business Hours:
    Application Centre counter timings - 0800 -1300 hours & 1400 - 1500 hours
    Helpdesk timings - 0800 - 1300 hours & 1400 -1700 hours

    I got reply from their email service that they are working on it, not sure when it would be resolved

    I am planning to wait and see till tomorrow and submit it. Besides I have their email to prove that their website is wrong and not wrong entry from my end

      I talked to the Consulate people.
      They are telling that you can Submit the application.
      Just make sure , U have entered right class for VISA... Means F-1 onlyy..

      Its a technical issue they are working on , but You can still Submit form & take date. No Problem.

        Hi Friends,

        I have submitted my DS-160 with this error message and also send the confirmation numbers to Vancouver consulate as per their suggestion.

        One thing I found is that the message said that you may have to pay fees for multiple visas but when I booked the appointment, it did ask to provide fees only for one visa.

        Hope this would help you decide what should do.

          Submitted DS-160

          I submitted DS 160 this morning after confirming with VFS people. they said just ignore that message and submit it if you have correct information in DS - 160.
