J1 waiver until April 2012 but got married to H1B visa holder in India

Hi,

I'm in India as part of J1 waiver and i'm into hotel management line. My J1 waiver will complete only in April 2012.

I recently got married to H1B visa holder in India and he left back to US.

Is there any possibilty to get H4 visa through my husband and go to US?

If is please let me know.

AFAIK you will have to complete the two year home residency in order to return to the US in any status.
