H1B Eligibility

Hi,


I have following education 10th std. school, Diploma (3 yrs.) and 2 yrs of course and i have total 8 years of work experience.

I can get h1b sponcership but i am really worried if i am eligible for h1b visa.

I know one need graduation to qualify but on uscis website they have also mention that if one have experience that can cover the graduation requirement.

Please guide me per your experience ? is there a possibility of getting H1B ?

Eligibility

If you have sufficient experience in the Specialty occupation listed under H1B then you will qualify irrespective of education. but For that it needs education evaluation by qualified agency.
