Hi,
I recently got married in India and my church where i got married issued marriage certificate. I travelled back to US and planning to bring my wife on H4 Visa. Registering my marriage with govt requires my presence due to tight schedules i can only be there for registration in december. But my wife got my name on her passport as husband using church issued marriage certificate and first class magistrate affidavit as supporting documents.
Does the church issued marriage certificate, affidavit from first class magistrate and husband name on my wife's passport is acceptable for H4?
