H4 Stamping

Hi

I recently married in June 3rd week. now i am looking dates for my wife h4 stamping. My H1b visa expires in 29Sep2011. I am not getting dates still looks like i may get in Aug 2011 for stamping.

Now question is : If she go for stamping in Aug with all the required documents. will they Stamp her.?? . OR they create any issue Since my H1B expires in lessthan 2 months when she go for stamping ..

Is there any specific days that has to be left between Her Stamping date and my H1b Expiry day.? Please let me know.

You can go for the visa interview as long as the H1B petition remains valid. If the visa interview is successful, then the H4 visa will be stamped until the H1B petition expiry date. In case of a 221g admin processing and if the processing is pending even after the petition expiry date, then the visa will be refused.
