I appeared for h4 in new delhi but its refused and petiton sent to uscis.its 3 month over but still no update no uscis website that they recieved h1b petiton from counslar.even his employer did not get any notice from uscis.i want take suggession.that can my husband ammend his h1b petition he dont want to transfer his h1b because his i-40 is approved and he is in 6th year of h1b.or can i go for h4 stamping again with same petiton.please suggest

Your husband's employer needs to contact USCIS and understand the status of their petition. If the previous petition is revoked by USCIS, they may need to file a new petition and only after that is approved you may apply for your H4 Visa. You can consult an experienced lawyer to get more options.
